I think this is a very important issue, although it is often ignored. People would rather use plastic because it is more convenient, but they do not see the harm it is doing to our planet. In this video I learned that 17 million barrels of oil are used to make plastic water bottles alone. Which is enough to fuel 1 million cars every year! Unfortunately my household uses plastic water bottles, but after watching this video, I will try my best to encourage my family to switch to reusable bottles instead. If everyone did this, it would make a huge difference for our planet.

Love and Marriage11/12/2020 I think trust, respect and honesty are very important in a marriage. You need to trust your partner that they are loyal to you, you must respect their worth and treat them with kindness, and lastly I think it is important to be honest with your feelings and thoughts. Without this, the marriage will become toxic and both people will become unhappy.

Sacraments of Initiation11/8/2020 Most christians practice the 3 primary sacraments of initiation into the church. Known as baptism, holy communion and confirmation. As I experienced all 3, I believe this is given at the right time. Although these sacraments are not necessary, therefore you can still feel apart of the church. As God loves everyone and the intention of church is to learn, love and worship God. The purpose of the sacraments is asked God to forgive you of your sins and become a bigger part of the church.

Seven Deadly Sins10/15/2020 I believe the most dangerous deadly sin is wrath. I think this because sometimes we can become consumed by rage and revenge to the point of acting irrationally and immorally. Causing us to do very harmful things instead of responding in a rational manner as God wants. As Romans 12:19 states, "Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,” says the Lord."

Types of Justice10/15/2020 A community has different needs compared to an individual. Although, I believe community needs should have more focus; as it covers a wider range of people. Things such as clothing and food can be considered an individual need. But due to covid-19 medical masks and hand sanitizer are a community needs; as we are trying to keep everyone safe and healthy. Therefore services like health care is very important. In situations, where individuals do not have food, there are food drives which helps communities.

Miracles10/7/2020 In March 2015, 25 year old Lynn Jennifer Groesbeck, lost control of her car with her 18 month old daughter and landed in the icy Spanish Fork River in Utah. Fourteen hours later, first responders found her daughter Lily in her car seat hanging upside down just above the water. Before finding Lily, both police officers and firefighters report that they heard an adult voice yell "Help me!" from inside the car. They discovered that the voice could not have come from the young mother, who likely died from the impact. The rescuers still can’t explain the voice or how the girl survived hanging upside down for 14 hours in freezing temperatures without being dressed for the cold.
